BITxxxPA27

BITxxxPA27 is a very low cost RF power amplifier module designed for medium range wireless applications. BITxxxPA27 integrates a power amplifier, a low-noise amplifier, switchs, a saw filter and is matched to 50 ohm both input and output. This module is intended for ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) and frequency band @ 868, 915 Mhz. BITxxxPA27 has a very small package: only 14,4 x 14,4 mm ready for SMT assembly.

BIT169PA30

BIT169PA30 is a very low cost RF power amplifier module designed forAutomatic Meter Reading applications @ 169 MHz frequency band. BIT169PA30 integrates a power amplifier, a switchs and is matched to 50 ohm both input and output. In a typical system BIT169PA30 will be used with BIT169RMH or BIT169RTH modules. BIT169PA30 has a very small package: only 14,4 x 14,4 mm ready for SMT assembly.
